Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a 50% service fee or forfeiture of the session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to stay on schedule for other clients. We understand that unexpected things happen. A one-time courtesy waiver may be extended for first-time late cancellations. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide a relaxing wellness experience for all clients.
